龙鼎源科技股份有限公司成功中标中石化安全带智能伴侣研制技术服务采购项目,为高空作业安全管理提供了一种创新解决方案。 

安全带的正确使用方法是“高挂低用”。高挂低用指将安全带挂绳悬挂于作业人员上方,可以使有坠落发生时的实际冲击距离减小;反之,若低挂高用,则会使坠落发生时实际冲击距离增加,带来危险。因此,高空作业安全带应当高挂低用,杜绝低挂高用的错误做法。国产过程控制器

目前,现有的安全带监测方法通常采用多传感器方式,但这种装置结构复杂,存在电线或连接线内可能存在液体的问题,不仅影响高空作业人员的活动,而且制作成本较高,易受损坏,维护工作量大。

此外,还有一种现有方法采用视频监视方式对安全带状态进行智能判别。然而,该方法的装置存在视频监视目标多、距离远的问题,误报率极高,严重影响实际使用效果。

信标与采集器均内置高精度气压计模块。工作时,采集器通过蓝牙网络获取信标的高度,通过与自身高度的差值,即可判定安全带是否正确使用。国产数字孪生

当安全带使用违背高挂低用要求时,采集器延时1分钟(可统一设置)产生报警,并通过4G网络将信号远传至软件平台。

采集器内置计时模块,在进入监测区域且超过设定高度延时时间(可设定)后,发出延时报警。 

采集器内置GPS模块,当人员佩戴安全带进入电子围栏后,设备激活工作。其它时间采集器应深度休眠,仅呼吸灯及基本检测工作。 

每处电子围栏可设置1台参考数据采集器,人员进入电子围栏后,只有处于2米(可设定)以上时,设备开始工作。将参考采集器部署在距地面固定高度位置,以确定参考高度,厂区内所有的采集器均根据该参考高度自动进行高度修正。采集器修正后会得出围栏内距地面的相对高度,只有相对高度大于2米时,采集设备开始计时及报警。软件界面上显示高度也是距地面的相对高度。 国产龙鼎源科技

安全带监测管理软件主要是面向管理员使用,提供厂区高空作业人员的安全带高挂低用监测,对现场设备进行远程管理,数据分析、存储和统计等功能。所有报警可单台或成组进行远程屏蔽。具备OPC接口,可与其他软件平台通信。

软件基本界面先期实现基于平面图的人员和安全带管理,最终交付成果应包括基于地图叠加平面图或照片。基本界面上应能设定及显示多个安全带监控分区,可显示配备本设备人员在平面图或地图上的位置及高度,可显示人员使用安全带状态。设备可分组管理,可单台或分组组态,如禁止报警、初始化、阈值设置等。

国产PLC控制柜为加快项目开发进度,考虑在龙鼎源现有SCADA软件基础上进行开发,实现上述功能。
