近日，北京龙鼎源维护团队协助某气田对集输系统的多个参数进行优化，提高了该气田集输系统应急关断处置效率，保证气田平稳安全运行。

目前该气田集气站压力联锁及报警值均为投产初期设计单位提交的设定值，经过十年的运行，气井井口压力明显下降，集输管道外输压力波动范围增加，原设定参数已无法满足现状需求，同时存在低压管道运行憋压及超压的风险。

龙鼎源助力某气田提高集输系统应急关断处置效率

北京龙鼎源维护团队协助该气田对上述难题进行了解决。技术骨干根据气田运行现状对各集气站井口、外输压力联锁逻辑及报警值进行修订，同时调整压力较低集气站场的加热炉、收发球筒安全阀整定压力，拟定已拆除部分节流阀的高低压报警值。经过理论模拟计算和现场日常运行参数核查，当前系统参数优化可更好的满足现有工艺系统的有效保护需求，进一步确保长江中下游平稳供气。目前，该气田已完成所有参数优化工作。
